How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your data associated with our services, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to our support team with the subject line:
   “Data Deletion Request”
2. Include the following details in your email:
   • Your Full Name
   • Registered Email Address
   • Facebook Profile Link or Facebook ID (if applicable)
   • Reason for deletion request (optional)
3. Send your request to:
   support@dreamysprint.com

What Happens Next

• Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity.
• After verification, we will process your request within 7 business days.
• All associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.

Automatic Deletion Option

You may also remove our app or connected permissions directly from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to Apps and Websites
3. Select the connected app
4. Click Remove

Removing the app will disconnect data sharing between Facebook and our platform.
